One Third of Our Lives

ONE THIRD of our lives are spent sleeping, or at least it should be spent that way. (I know I could be behind.) Think about it: we are supposed to get 8 hours of sleep a night; there are 24 hours in a day; 8 is one third of 24; multiply that by however many days we live and it is still one third. I’m not sure about you, but I have not been giving my sleeping time the priority it needs. I think that the quality of sleep we get is as important as the quantity. I do not have scientific proof (however, I am sure it is out there), but I believe that you would have to agree. I can remember staying at a shady hotel, with cheap mattresses and sheets, and no matter how many hours I slept — I did not feel as rested as when I slept in my own bed. This blog will keep you updated on green bedding and organic products that relate to sleep and other areas of our lives as well.
